Sex is not natural, because there is no nature. It died long ago. There is only culture. Sex is culture.
The concept of beauty is one of culture's biggest achievements. Is sex beautiful? Is beauty sexual?

Porn vs Erotica
Someone recently asked me about what, in my opinion, is porn and what is erotica? How does one differ from the other? I say in the title that I hate porn and love erotica but I don’t try to set some arbitrary “objective” rules. It’s all blurry. I think words are tools and we can use them however we want, as long as we explain their meaning. In this case I used them intuitively so it’s an interesting question even for me: what did I mean by those words?
I think it’s pretty simple: I love erotica, because I actively look for media that are meant to induce arousal. I think arousal is good and there’s nothing “evil” with watching, listening, reading arousing things nor with creating such things. Porn, however, is a narrower category: it’s what actually is out there. And for me what is out there is only a small percentage of what could be. It’s a certain specific way of representing sex. Most of it is very similar and only a few weirdos are trying something new. Porn is a certain formulaic aesthetic, a set of standards how to portray things, conscious or not. Which I mostly don’t like. So much of this stuff turns me off, not on. And most of it is cheap, kitschy and made with no filmmaking / acting skill.
If one was to say “pop music is formulaic” or “Hollywood blockbusters are formulaic” porn beats them all tenfold.
It’s totally subjective. If you like it, good for you, I’m not trying to impose my way of seeing things on others. I, however, don’t like it. Even if I get aroused simply because the girl is attractive, the fact that I don’t like so much about what I’m watching is nagging at me. I want more.
Funny thing, if some try to go outside the barriers that were set, they label themselves “porn for women”. It’s not about being a man or not, I’m a man and I want something different than what porn offers me.
But I love getting aroused, I love erotica.
